Funny Bone Schmomedy Zone

The Funny Bone Schmomedy Zone will be hosting its first professional Event: Paul Rubliauskas and Flo Spence are coming to town to give us a hilarious night of indigenous comedy. Preshow, music will be performed in the Refinery lobby by “Reasonable Doubt” Star and Co-writer Lancelot Knight.
Paul Rabliauskas has performed for Just For laughs, CBC’s “The Debaters” and many other prestigious comedy festivals, Drawing on his unique Ojibway and Lithuanian cultural mix, Rabliauskas’ comedy is a laugh-out-loud combination of lighthearted humor about growing up on the reserve and relatable Canadian and North American issues
Florence Spence was raised in both Winnipeg and the reserve, she has been able to transition the hardships of growing up, into comedy gold. Florence has broken down barriers across Manitoba with her raw and real material. Add in her witty observations and captivating stage presence, Florence Spence has assured she becomes your next favorite comedian
Danny Knight’s comedy is described as edgy and whimsical as he shares his own personal experiences navigating the new social terrain we live in today, his comedy will take you on journey of guessing what’s real and what’s fiction, but you may to busy laughing to discern what’s what
Lancelot Knight is a singer songwriter. He plays guitar for his father’s band Chester Knight and the wind, and was nominated for a Juno, for his work on the album "The Blackstar"! Lancelot Knight Recently co-created, composed the music for the play Reasonable Doubt. Lancelot Knight is currently working on a solo album.
