New creation by Dancing Sky Theatre
Dec 1 - 17th, 2023 - Dancing Sky Theatre re-invents it’s popular Prairie Panto format in 2023 with the all-new Baba’s Magic Mitten.
We will have a whole new gang of characters and exciting new storylines, but the show will be filled with the same family fun, comedy, talking animals, high jinks, and music that you have come to expect.
This year we celebrate the contributions that Ukrainian immigrants have made to our Saskatchewan culture by exploring their Christmas traditions and stories. The play is inspired by the traditional fairytale The Hedgehog and the Mitten, a story of sharing, expectations and restraint.
As always, the show is designed to be shared with the whole family from kids to parents to grandparents. Our amazing home cooked meals will also be available and chef Ernie’s creations will be inspired by Ukrainian cuisine.
Dancing Sky Theatre is located in the village of Meacham, SK – just a 50 minute drive east of Saskatoon. Harvest Hall houses the intimate theatre and dining-room where you are able to enjoy a three course, home cooked meal before performances Friday thru Sunday. Dancing Sky Theatre offers you a fully licenced dining-room and tables that seat up to eight people. Enjoy full table service of a three course meal created especially for each show by our Chef Ernie Kurz. For the menu link to Dancing Sky here.
Reservations are required for the dining-room.
You must alert us to vegetarian or allergy concerns when you make reservations. As much as we would like to, we are not able to make last minute substitutions. (You will be asked for this information near the end of your on-line payment.)
Be sure to bring cash or a credit card for the bar as we DO NOT have debit services.

Thursday Show Ticket $25
An additional $40 for dinner or brunch.

NOTE: when you order tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not get an email, please contact the box office. Your reservation might not have processed properly. Your Credit Card will show a charge to On the Boards.
Tickets will not be mailed. Just bring the emailed confirmation with you to Dancing Sky Theatre when you come to the show. Save paper and bring it on your phone.
Return Ticket Policy – We are unable to refund tickets but we will make exchanges when possible. As all our food is prepared fresh, we are only able to make exchanges for meals with 48 hours notice.
