We are excited to announce the seventh wacky, and fervently festive installment in our popular Prairie Panto series: JACK AND THE SNOW QUEEN will uncover more of the ongoing adventures of the slightly unhinged, but always entertaining Spriggins family.

In this episode, the widow Spriggins gets caught up in the overwhelming onslaught of the 21st century. Slowly her heart starts to turn to ice, and she is kidnapped by the Snow Queen. She is taken away to a land of eternal snow where no human feelings are possible. Her good-hearted but, slow-headed son Jack must embark on an epic adventure to rescue her.

As always the journey will be filled with laughs, music, magic, puppets and crazy characters. Old friends will join us for this production, and we will welcome some exciting new contributors. Make sure to book early if you want our delicious home cooked meals.

Dancing Sky Theatre is located in the village of Meacham, SK – just a 40 minute drive east of Saskatoon. Harvest Hall houses the intimate theatre and diningroom where you are able to enjoy a three course, home cooked meal before performances Friday thru Sunday. Dancing Sky Theatre offers you a fully licenced diningroom and tables that seat up to 8 people. Enjoy full table service of 3 course meals created especially for each show by our Chef Ernie Kurz.

Be sure to bring cash or a credit card as we DO NOT have debit services.

Reservations are required for the diningroom.

You must alert us to vegetarian or allergy concerns when you make reservations. As much as we would like to, we are not able to make last minute substitutions. (You will be asked for this information near the end of your on-line payment.)

Ticket Information

Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. And matinees on Saturdays and Sundays. (no Sat matinee Dec 8)

The diningroom serves before shows Fridays through Sundays.

Ticket and meal reservations can be made online.

Anyone in your party under 18 yrs? Call us to reserve to receive a discounted show ticket. 306-653-5191 (in Saskatoon).

NOTE: when you order tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not get an email, please contact the box office. Your reservation might not have processed properly. Thank you.

Tickets will not be mailed.  Just bring the emailed confirmation with you to Dancing Sky Theatre when you come to the show.

Exchanges will be made when possible - require 48 hrs notice to exchange meals.
