Sam Kruger (the internationally renowned performer/co-creator of "Creepy Boys" and "Bat Brains" & the wiggliest boy around)

Drawing on the work of Jacques Lecoq, Etienne Decroux, and Phillippe Gaulier, this workshop will explore the performer's relationship with their body, as a source of truth, creativity, and joy. Mime is not simply getting trapped in a box or pretending to be blown by the wind, but rather a training tool by which performers can hone their physical specificity, explore their creative imagination, refine their visual storytelling, and discover the stories our bodies tell with every movement.
