This year ONLINE LIVE!
No recording, no do-overs. You watch as it happens, just as you would in the theatre.
A company of 31 playwrights, directors, designers and actors collaborate on this fun, fast paced festival.
You will see six ten-minute plays and a unique take on land acknowledgements. One play in Spanish with English subtitles. You will see actors, coming from their livingrooms, in Saskatoon, Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
And don’t worry – you will see more than a bunch of talking heads. Our directors and designers are having a ball figuring out how to use the technology to tell their stories in a whole new way. Doors close and a bunch of new toys are there to discover! It is a steep learning curve for only two weeks of rehearsal but everyone is digging in and the creative juices are flowing.

The Prometheus Protocol by Mackenzie Dawson – The world may be ending, but the newscasters keep broadcasting. At what cost? Directed by Melanie Doerr
No. 7 by Jalisa Gonie - a hypochondriac clown and the world’s slowest punch. Directed by Charlie Peters
Trapped by Yulissa Campos – Two young people find themselves in the middle of an incipient revolution in Ecuador. Directed by Ed Mendez (Spanish and English with subtitles)
The Yard with the Old Plow by Shanda Stefanson - A farmer’s yard. A young man with car trouble. A step towards reconciliation. Directed by Joel Bernbaum
